INSTRUCTIONS:
Basic

1. Click here to download Remote App (click Run, not save)
2. Click run again if your computer asks you. Some computers may not, if it doesn't skip this step.
3. Click on the client tab.
4. Click Start.
5. Give 'Your ID' to the remote help
6. Check mark 'Enable access to the file system' and click ACCEPT
